He’s received more than $10 million in grants from The National Institutes of Health, Department of Defense, American College of Sports Medicine, and Gatorade Sports Science Institute, among others. His laboratory has published more than 170 research papers. Dr. James discusses the antioxidant Quercetin which is a revolutionary, all-natural antioxidant and dietary flavonoid. Quercetin is found in red wine, the skin of apples and onions (especially red onions), berries, buckwheat, green tea, and to a somewhat lesser degree red grapes, citrus fruits, tomato, broccoli, leafy greens, cherries, raspberries, cranberries, and other fruits and vegetables.
